Contact UsMap and Directions The Center for Health Futures (CFHF) is on the campus of Winter Park Memorial Hospital, 200 North Lakemont Avenue, Winter Park. The CFHF is located on the south side of the hospital campus on the second floor of the Medical Library building on the corner of Lakemont and Mizell Avenues. To reach us, take Aloma Avenue (426) to Lakemont Avenue and turn south. Continue south and turn left onto Mizell Avenue. You may enter the Medical Library building through the double glass doors on the south side of the building and use the stairs immediately on the right after you enter the foyer, or you may use the east entrance double doors and take the elevator to the second floor. Follow the signs inside to the Center for Health Futures. |
